The goal of this project was to develop a mobile quotation book that can be used across the J2ME, Palm, BlackBerry, Pocket PC, and SmartPhone platforms. The ultimate aim was to provide an easy-to-use application that would add value to any businessperson through functionality and portability, while acting as a lead generation tool. By offering quotations from the famous “Art of War” book, any user can easily and quickly read through inspiring quotations and navigate through each chapter with ease. The product also offers the ability for users to view this application as an automated sideshow and change the size of the font (small, medium, large). By doing so, these features are highly practical for leisure reading and applicable to the target market allowing companies to generate important leads through the internet.

LumaSlides is an application marketing to business individuals and general readers who own a mobile device. For the business user, these famous quotes from Sun Tzu becomes a valuable resource that is available on any widely used mobile platform. As a result, this product will alleviate the need to carry a copy of the book around, thus, making convenience a key feature to the business user. For the general reader, this application will essentially replace the need to buy a copy of the book or read off the Internet. The overall benefits of LumaSlides is its ability to quickly scan through different chapters with the choice of reading as little or as much as the user prefers.
